Since beginning his racing career in 1988 under Steve Wulff at PDR, McDermott has spent the last 20 years striving to offer the highest quality support in race preparation and driver development, as well as building a reputation based on integrity and excellence throughout the racing community.
Over the last 12 years as owner and team manager of FRM, McDermott has compiled a well renowned clientele base in North America and Europe that covers nearly every facet of the racing industry.
McDermott has acquired extensive experience through his work with teams in Indy Lights, ALMS Prototypes, Vintage, Fran-Am, SCCA Club and Formula 2000 Pro Racing.
Josh literally "grew up" within the FRM family. Learning his craft under the tutelage of J. D., Josh has become one of the preeminent mechanics on the F2000 scene. Known for his calm under pressure, Josh consistently amazes drivers with his ability to repair cars in seemingly impossible time frames, enabling them to be on track for every session and maximizing their seat time.
Josh is a graduate of Colorado State University, and also writes articles for various racing publications.

Over the last 30 years, Dennis has been involved in all aspects of racing including driving, wrenching, and data acquisition. He began racing in the early 80's and has a Formula Ford, S-2000, Formula Continental and SCCA Sports Racer under his belt. In the last decade, he has been a crew member and tire changer on an ALMS prototype team and a member of an IMSA Lites team.
Dennis has spent the last 2 years lending his hands and expertise to the FRM team on race weekends and in times of need. He is currently seeking a position to become the sole Rocky Mountain Pi Research Representative.
